LGPD — Data Subject Rights

1. What the LGPD is

Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD) sets rules for the processing of personal data in Brazil. It guarantees you, as the data subject, a series of rights over how your information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

2. Our commitment

EquipeAI acts as the data controller for personal data it collects directly through its channels (website form, email, WhatsApp, and scheduling). Our commitment is to handle this information with transparency, legitimate purpose, and adequate security.

3. Your rights (LGPD, art. 18)

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Confirmation of the existence of processing of your data by our systems.
• Access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in violation of the LGPD.
• Portability of data to another service or product provider, upon express request, subject to ANPD regulations and trade and industrial secrets.
• Deletion of personal data processed on the basis of your consent.
• Information about the public and private entities with which we share data.
• Information about the possibility of not consenting and the consequences of that decision.
• Revocation of consent at any time, through an express, free, and easy request.

4. How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of the rights above, send an email to contato@equipeai.com.br with:

• Your full name;
• The email or phone number you used in contacts with EquipeAI;
• A clear description of the request (which right you wish to exercise).

We may request additional information to confirm your identity before fulfilling the request. We will respond as soon as possible, in accordance with applicable legal deadlines.

5. Privacy channel

The email contato@equipeai.com.br is our communication channel for data subjects — in line with ANPD Resolution CD/ANPD No. 2/2022, which exempts small data processing agents from formally appointing a Data Protection Officer, provided they maintain a clear and accessible communication channel.

6. National Authority (ANPD)

If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at www.gov.br/anpd.
